How to view a vendor's credential statuses

To find a vendor and view their credential status

On the your facility dashboard, search for and select the vendor whose credentials you want to view.

On the vendor's profile next to their name, the overall status of the vendor's credentials is indicated by a green check or a red X:

Account approved and the vendor can now try to check in at the facility

Account is not approved and credentials still need to be completed before the vendor can check in at the facility
To view specific credentials and statuses, select the Credentials tab.
All of the credentials that are required for this vendor at this facility are listed. Under the Status column, view the status of all the vendor's credentials.
To view all credentials that are required for this company at this facility, select View this vendor's company credentials.

About credential statuses

There are seven possible credential statuses:

Status	Details
Not Submitted	The vendor has not submitted the credential and still needs to take action to submit the credential
Pending Approval	The vendor has submitted the credential and it is being review by the Green Security review team and/or the facility
Approved	The vendor's submitted credential has been reviewed and meets the acceptance criteria
Declined	The vendor's submitted credential was reviewed and does not meet the acceptance criteria, or the vendor declined to submit the credential
Denied	The vendor submitted the correct credential but it was not accepted due to policy from the facility
Suspended	The background check required additional data that the vendor failed to provide. The background check could not be completed and the vendor must submit a new one
Expired	The credential had an end date and was not renewed on time

Note On the Vendor Credentials page, for Declined credentials the Declined by Vendor column can display Yes or No:

Yes means vendor had the option to decline the credential and selected to decline it.
No means Green Security Review Team declined the documentation.
