Find a vendor

You can find a vendor three ways: using the Search field, in Vendor Scans Today, or on the Vendors tab which allows a more advanced search.

Find a vendor using Search 

On your facility dashboard, enter any part of a vendor's name in the search field and select the correct vendor to go to their profile.

Find a vendor in Vendor Scans Today

On your facility dashboard, Vendor Scans Today displays all vendor check ins and check outs in the past day.

You can navigate to a vendor's profile from here by selecting the vendor and then selecting View Vendor. You can also check (scan) them out or view the full scan details.

Find a vendor in the Vendors tab

On your facility dashboard, the Vendors tab displays all facility vendors and their Company, Type (access level), and Status (credentialing).

To search for a specific vendor

1. On the Vendors tab, select Show/Hide Search Form.
2. Enter the info you want to search by, and then select Search.
3. Only vendors matching the search criteria appear. Select a vendor to go to their full profile.
