Spot checks are used to verify that a vendor has the required credentials to enter a specific site within the facility. For spot checks, an additional kiosk is set up that scans the vendor's credentials.
A vendor must already be checked into the facility before they can complete a spot check.
To perform a spot check for a vendor
- On your facility dashboard, search for the vendor you want to check in and go to their profile. You can also find the vendor under Vendor Scans Today or in the Vendors tab.
- On the vendor's profile select Spot Check.
- Select the zone you want to check the vendor into, and then select Continue.
The vendor is successfully spot checked in at the zone you selected.
