Expedite credentials

Expedited credentialing guarantees that a vendor's credentials will be reviewed within 24 hours of submission. Without expedited credentialing, review takes three to five business days.

You can expedite credentials using Green Security's Emerald plan or a 24-hour Day Pass.

• Emerald: Green Security's Emerald plan is a premium annual subscription that provides 24-hour unlimited expedited credentialing, priority support, a hard badge, and free sanctions checks. 
• Day Pass: A one-time purchase that allows you to expedite an unlimited number of credentials within a 24-hour period.

You can get subscribe to the Emerald Plan or a 24-hour Day Pass either during registration, any time in your vendor account, or when you're submitting credentials.

Note Annual background checks cannot be expedited and are usually completed in at least two days or more, depending on each individual case. Read more FAQs about expedited credentials.

During registration, get Emerald or a Day Pass 

During initial vendor registration, you have the option to purchase the Emerald plan or a 24-hour Day Pass for expedited credentialing.

If you already have a Green Security subscription, after you submit a credential you'll see options to purchase Emerald or a Day Pass to get your credential approved faster.

You can also upgrade to Emerald in your vendor account at any time by going to Credentials, select the Subscription tab, and then select Get Emerald.

When you submit a credential, expedite it with Emerald or a Day Pass

1. After you submit a credential, on the Emerald Package or the Day Pass option select Buy Now.
   • Emerald: You can expedite an unlimited number of credentials for the remainder of your subscription.
   • Day Pass: You can expedite an unlimited number of credentials within a 24-hour period.
2. Select Continue. If you don't have a payment method, select Pay Later or Add a Payment Method.

3. Review the payment details and select Confirm.

   Note Your credentialing subscription won't be upgraded until the invoice is paid.

Your credential is placed in the Green Security review team's expedited queue. You can expect a response within 24 hours from the time of submission.
