About Emerald expedited credentialing

Green Security's Emerald plan is a premium annual subscription that provides 24-hour unlimited expedited credentialing, priority support, a hard badge, and free sanctions checks. 

The plan is designed to save vendors time, reduce credentialing friction, provide predictability, and support a smoother onboarding experience for vendor reps who frequently move between facilities.

What does Emerald include?

• Unlimited credential submissions​ - Expedite as many credentials as you need, for a full year
• 24-hour turnaround - Every credential is reviewed within 24 hours of submission, including on weekends
• Priority support​ - Access to fast-pass support through a dedicated phone line and email
• Sanctions checks included - No added fees for sanctions checks
• Hard Badge included - Cost of the hard badge is included in your subscription

What types of credentials can be expedited with Emerald? 

Expedited credentialing includes most credentials and now also includes sanctions. 

Annual background checks still cannot be expedited and are excluded from the Emerald Plan. ​ Credentials that require facility review also are excluded from the 24 hour review time.​

I have less than a year remaining on my account subscription. If I buy the Emerald Plan, will it be prorated?

Yes, if you purchase Emerald, the cost will be prorated according to the amount of time remaining on your subscription. Prorated calculations are applied at checkout.

Can companies receive discounts for bulk purchases of Emerald?
