Quick Start: Navigate the mobile app for vendors

This article is a brief overview of Green Security's mobile app for vendors. Use the links provided in each section to view detailed instructions on setting up your account and completing tasks in the app.

The mobile app is available for download on iOS and Android.

Tip Green Security's vendor web app has the same features and appearance as the mobile app, just adjusted for a web layout. All of the articles here in the knowledge base can be used to complete tasks on both mobile and web.

Your dashboard

Your dashboard shows you useful information like your profile and badge QR code, check in options, and a snapshot of your credential statuses. 

• Your profile: Displays your name, company, access level, and badge QR code. Select your QR code to enlarge it for checking in at a kiosk
• Check in options: Facilities can decide which check in options they'd like to use. Select a check in option supported by your facility to start the check in process
• Credentials snapshot: Gives you an overview of your credential statuses and credentials that need attention soon

Your notifications

Your notifications alert you about new check ins and other activity. Select the bell icon to view details about a notification.

Access more features in the menu

On your dashboard, select the menu icon and then select a page:

Check in

Select Check-in to check in to one of your facilities using your live GPS location. To check in using other methods like QR code or a kiosk code, use the options on your main dashboard.

Account

The Account page contains your profile details, invoices, and subscription information.

Calendar

On the Calendar page you can view your calendar of appointments, standing appointments, and pending invitations, and request a new appointment.

Note The Calendar feature is currently undergoing improvements. More information will be available soon.

Credentials

On the Credentials page, you can view and search for credentials, view credential status, upload credential documents for review, and view credential history.

Facilities

On the Facilities page you can view and search for your current facilities, add new facilities, and check in to facilities.

FAQs

Select FAQs to browse frequently asked questions and troubleshooting tips.

Feedback

Select Feedback to open a form where you can share your feedback or suggestions about the app with the Green Security team.
