On the Facilities page, you can view all of your facilities and facility statuses, view and submit credentials for facilities, check in to your approved facilities, and add or remove facilities.

View your facilities and manage credentials
On the Facilities page, you can view all of your facilities, see your Facility Status and Check In Status, and view facility details and required credentials.
On your dashboard select the menu icon and then select Facilities.
A list of all your target facilities is displayed, along with your "Facility Status" and "Check In Status" for each.
Select a facility to view Facility Details and manage facility credentials if needed

If your Facility Status is "Approved" you may not need to manage credentials, but you can select View (#) Credentials to view the facility's required credentials. You can also check in to the facility from this screen.

If you Facility Status is "Pending" you can select Manage Pending Credentials and submit credentials if they are pending vendor. However, if your credentials may be pending facility review, you don't need to take any action and simply need to wait until the facility is done reviewing your credentials.
Search and filter your facilities
On your Facilities page, you can filter facilities by selecting the ellipsis or the filter tool.
There are two ways to filter your credentials: Filter Options, and My Favorite (a shortcut to filter by Status).
To configure Filter Options
- Select + Add.
- To filter specific facilities:
- In the Column field select Facility
- In the Filter field search for and select the names of the facilities you want to see.
- To filter facilities by approval status:
- In the Column field select Status.
- In the Filter field select Pending, Approved, or Denied to see only facilities with the status you selected.
To select My Favorite filters
Select a preset filter:
- Approved
- Pending
- Denied
Check in to a facility
To check in to a specific facility
- Select the facility to see check in options.
- Select an option: Show Badge, GPS Check In, or Scan Kiosk Code.

Add or remove facilities
When you initially register as a vendor with Green Security, you select the facilities where you work and need access. If your facility access needs change, you can add or remove facilities.
Note Your access level/subscription is automatically determined when you register based on your user profile, company, and facilities you need access to. If you edit the facilities you need to access, you might need to update your access level/subscription. Green Security will automatically determine the access level you need and let you know if you need to make changes to your subscription.
To add or remove facilities
- On your dashboard, select the menu icon
and then select Facilities.

Select + Add.

Search for and select the facilities you want to add, and then click Add Selected Facilities.
- A list of your current and newly added facilities appears. To remove a facility, click the trash icon
next to a facility.

When you're done adding or removing facilities select Continue.
- Answer any screening questions that appear. These are used to determine which access level you need based on your selected facilities.
- If your access level changed based on how you answered the screening questions, you need to update your subscription:
- Select Upgrade to enroll in the Emerald plan, which allows you to expedite unlimited credentials.
- Select Continue to enroll in the Standard subscription, where credential review takes 3-5 business days.
- If a new invoice is created, ensure you pay the invoice, and your plan with your new facilities is live.
Note If you added a new facility, you may be asked a few Facility Questions to help determine your facility group and check-in zones. Your credentialing requirements may have changed as well, which can be viewed by selecting Credentials on the main menu. Learn more about how to view and submit credentials.
