Register as a vendor with Green Security

Register as a vendor with Green Security to easily check in and out of the healthcare facilities where you work or provide support.

When you register, you'll answer a few screening questions that allow Green Security to automatically determine the credentialing subscription you need based on your user profile, company, and the facilities you will be accessing. You can always edit your targeted facilities later.

Register as a vendor

1. Open the Green Security for Vendors mobile app or web app. On the sign in page, next to "Don't have an account?" select Create one.
2. Select Vendor/Contractor Rep.
3. Enter your email and select Continue. Then enter the 6-digit code that was emailed to you and select Continue.
4. Enter and confirm a new password, and then select Sign Up.

5. Enter your User Information including First and Last Name, Job Title, Phone, and Time Zone. (Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.)

   

6. Enter your Company (Employer) Name by typing your company's name in the search field and selecting it from the list. 

   If you don't see your company in the list, select Don't See Your Company? and add information for a new company, and then select Add New Company.

   

7. Enter the rest of your Company Information including your supervisor's name, email, and phone number.
8. Enter your billing address, including country, street Address, city, state, and zip code.
9. Select Continue. You're taken to your Credentialing Subscription page. To enroll in a credentialling subscription, select Get Started!
10. On the Credentialing Subscription - Facilities page, select Add Facilities.

11. Add the facilities you need to target by searching for the name of the facility and then selecting the correct facility. When you're done, select Finished Adding Facilities.

    Tip Now is a good time to add the facilities you need to target, but you can add or edit your facilities later if you need to.

12. Review the facilities you've added and select Continue. This takes you to Green Security's screening questions used to automatically determine which access level you need. Answer each question and select Continue.
13. On the Credentialing Subscription page, select the plan you want to enroll in:
    • Select Upgrade to enroll in the Emerald plan, which allows you to expedite unlimited credentials.
    • Select Continue to enroll in the Standard subscription, where credential review takes 3-5 business days.

14. Confirm you plan, your account invoice, and your payment method, and then pay your invoice. Your plan is live!
