When are vendors notified that their credentials are expiring?

Vendors are notified at 90, 60, 30, 21, 14, 7, 3, 2, and 1 days in advance.

I submitted my credentials but I was denied access at the facility. Why?

One or more of your credentials has not been approved. Check the status of your credentials by logging into your Green Security account and viewing your dashboard or selecting Credentials. Declined credentials display a note about why the credential was denied.

If a credential has been declined, the you will also receive an email from Green Security with information about the reason the credential was declined.

I don't want to enter my social security number (SSN)

Entering your SSN is a mandatory requirement for all background checks.

I need my credentials approved faster than 2-5 business days. How can I do that?
