Find a visitor

Use the search form to find specific visitors or visitor checkins. You can view details about the visitor or check-in, or check in the visitor again.

To find a visitor or visitor checkin

1. On the Green Security facility dashboard, select the Visitors tab.
2. Recent visitor check ins appear. To find a specific visit or visitor, select Show/Hide Search Form.
3. In the search form, enter information you have about the visitor or visit, and then select Search. A list of all visitor checkins that match your search criteria appears.
4. To view details about a specific visit, select View.
5. Visitor Checkin Details appear. To return to the search results, select Back.

6. You can check in a visitor again on the Visitor Checkin Details page by scrolling down and selecting Check In Visitor or Vendor.
