There are a few circumstances in which a vendor might need a new hard badge, including:
- Your current hard badge is about to expire
- The information on your hard badge is incorrect
- Your hard badge has been lost or stolen
- The customer service team requests you to order a new badge
If you need a new hard badge, you can submit a request in your Green Security account to have a new one shipped to you.

Request a new hard badge
- In your Green Security vendor account, select the Credentials tab.

Select the Hard Badge credential.
Tip Credentials are listed in alphabetical order.

Select Need a New Hard Badge?
- Review the circumstances in which you need to request a new hard badge, and if they apply select Yes.
- Select Continue to Invoice Confirmation, and then select Continue.
- Under Actions, select the ellipsis icon
and then select Make Payment and pay the invoice.

Return to the hard badge credential and complete the credential form and submit it for review.
Once the invoice is paid and the credential form is submitted, the badge will be shipped and you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive your badge within 10 days of the shipping confirmation, please contact support to have a new badge reshipped.
Note All credentials must be submitted and approved before your hard badge can be shipped.
Green Security badge reship policy
Green Security follows the protocols below for reshipping hard badges:
The badge is reshipped for free if:
- The badge was sent without tracking and the vendor requests a new badge within 90 days
- The badge was sent with tracking, but more than 10 business days have passed with no tracking update
- The badge was sent with tracking and shows delivered and the vendor requests a new badge within 90 days
The vendor needs to pay a reship fee if:
- 90 days have passed since the badge was purchased, regardless of whether the badge was sent with tracking
