View facility employee contacts

You can view all contacts (employees) at your facility and search for specific contacts. You can also download a report if needed. 

Tip Facility contacts can be facility users or system users.

To view and search for facility contacts

1. On your facility dashboard, select Contacts. All facility or system user contacts at your facility are listed. 
2. To search for a specific contact, select Show/Hide Search Form.
3. Enter the information you want to search for, and then select Search. Facility contacts that match your search criteria are displayed.
4. To download a report of the results as an Excel file select Download Full Report.
