View facility employee contacts

You can view all contacts (employees) at your facility or search for specific contacts and download a report if needed. Facility contacts can be facility users or system users.

To view and search for facility contacts

1. On the Green Security facility dashboard, select Contacts. All facility or system user contacts at your facility are listed. 
2. To search for a specific contact, select Show/Hide Search Form.
3. Enter the information you want to search for, and then select Search. Facility contacts that match your search criteria are displayed.
4. To download a report of the results as an Excel file select Download Full Report.
