New facility and system users need to create an account password and register as a user at the facilities where they work or provide support. Once you're registered as a user at your facility, you have access to your facility's dashboard.
Note If a user's organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), the user does not need to create an account password on the Green Security site. Instead, they will be redirected to the SSO page to authenticate their login credentials before registering at a facility.
To create your account password and register at a facility
- Go to the the Green Security homepage at https://gogreensecurity.com/ and select Register.
- Select Facility Employee.
- Enter your facility email address or company email address, and then select Continue.
- Enter and confirm your new password, and then select Continue.
Note If your organization uses Single Sign-on (SSO), you are automatically redirected to the SSO authentication page and need to authenticate your login credentials there.
- Select the facilities where you work or provide support, and then select Continue.
Complete the email verification. After verifying your email, you are logged into the Green Security facility user dashboard or system user dashboard:- If you registered at only one facility, you are logged into the facility user dashboard, where you can complete actions for one specific facility.
- If you registered at two or more facilities, you are logged into the system view dashboard that lists all of your facilities. To view and complete actions for a specific facility select Change System View > select a facility > Show Facility View.
- If you registered at only one facility, you are logged into the facility user dashboard, where you can complete actions for one specific facility.
