Run a report for vendor credential statuses

Create a report for vendor credential statuses to view the number of Pending Vendor, Pending Approval, Approved, Declined, and Total credential statuses for a specific credential on a specific date. The report categorizes the credential statuses by access level (Level 2A, Level 2B, and Level 3).

To create a report for vendor credential statuses for a specific credential

1. On the Green Security facility dashboard, select Vendors.
2. In the Vendors tab, select Show/Hide Search Form to open the search form. Then configure the search form as needed and select Get Credential Stats for Vendors.

3. In the fields that appear, select the credential you want to see stats for, enter the stats date, and select Get Stats.

   A report of credential stats for the credential you selected is displayed.
