Story

GSSD-458 Update Vendor Status When a Chargeback or Refund Occurs

When a chargeback occurs for a given vendor, we want to make certain that vendor is no longer able to access their facilities until that chargeback is handled.

GSSD-4506 [Facility] Show Me Supervisor Phone on Vendor Profile

We already show the Supervisor's name and email, but happened to leave phone out previously. So, it is now added to that info.

GSSD-4541 [Facility] Notify Me About Potential Sex Offense and Criminal Offense Hits Separately

Initially, we assumed that facility users would want to know when a potential hit takes place on a visitor, regardless of the type of hit (Sex or Criminal). After some feedback received, we have since decided to separate those notifications based on that type of hit.

GSSD-4602 [Mobile] [Vendor] Show Vendor the Status of Background Check

During the transition from our old background check provider to our new one, we decided to produce a mobile responsive version of this credential as well.

GSSD-4603 [Mobile][Vendor] Allow Vendor To Download a Copy of Their Background Check Results

During the transition from our old background check provider to our new one, we decided the mobile responsive version of this credential should also allow for downloading a copy of the background check report.

GSSD-4610 [Admin] Notify Me About Potential Sex Offense and Criminal Offense Hits Separately

Related to GSSD-4541, this one allows our internal folks to manage who is notified of these potential hits. This allows us to help the facility users, if need be.

GSSD-4634 [Mobile] [Vendor] Allow Vendor To Submit The Required Background Check Info

During the transition from our old background check provider to our new one, we decided this credential should also allow for the vendor to submit anything they need for the background check credential from their mobile device.

GSSD-4911 [Emerald] State That VENDOR Sanctions Are Included, Not Sanctions

During our initial launch of the Emerald plan, we missed a typo that we had listed about the benefits of Emerald around sanctions. It was actually supposed to be vendor sanctions. So, the verbiage in all places this is mentioned was updated with that change.

 

Bug

GSSD-457 Printing badges with very long names on Zebra printers causes the name to wrap incorrectly

Specific to Zebra printers, this bug fix was to have longer name print correctly on badges

GSSD-467 Close Button on Password Reset doesn't work

Prior to this fix being released, when you click on the Close button on the Password Reset page, it did nothing. Now, it closes the window.

GSSD-544 [Vendor] Clicking a (hamburger) menu option doesn't work the first time

In our current vendor app, when you click on the Menu option in the top right and click on a menu option, nothing happens. If you click it a second time, it then proceeds. This bug has fixed that.

GSSD-555 Clicking on "Credentialing" when on the "Invoices" tab takes you to a Subscription tab

In our current vendor app, while viewing your Invoices, when you click on Credentialing in the header options at the top, you are taken to your Subscription tab when you should be taken to your Credentials tab. This has now been fixed.

GSSD-4726 Expiring Credentials emails are not being sent and are not showing up in the Vendor Account Summary Emails either

This one had been reported a number of times recently. When a vendor nears renewal, they should receive an email letting them know. This was not happening for roughly the last few weeks off and on. The release of this fix has taken care of that problem.

GSSD-4801 Notes text is showing the html tags

Next to the help text for Notes in Appointment requests, you could see some html code. We removed that with this fix.

GSSD-4866 Getting error attempting to submit a user through the app for background check

Early on in the process of sending background checks to our new provider, we were getting error messages upon submission of a given background check request. We sorted out the issue with this fix and background checks are going through successfully.

GSSD-4877 MBI create SSN order is broken

This feature involves the ability to upload a Social Security card for background verification. Something within this feature broke and this was focused on fixing it.

GSSD-4880 Vendor scan data in HubSpot incorrect

Vendor Scans count was basically double what it should be in HubSpot, when compared to the source (our platform). This fix corrected the numbers to be accurate.

GSSD-4881 Fully Credentialed status is not updating correctly

In isolated incidents, some vendor's credentialing status was not updating in a timely fashion. The cause of this was found and addressed with this ticket.

GSSD-4901 Company Tax exemption is still generating taxes for vendor invoices

For those companies with a tax exemption, the vendors of that company were still being charged taxes on their invoices. The issue was corrected, along with any pending charges or past charges where it was collected incorrectly.

GSSD-4920 RFID queue showing regular hard badges

We maintain separate queues for prepping and shipping badges to our vendors. However, for some reason, the two started getting mixed up with each other. This has been corrected and verification that everyone received the badge type that they purchased was confirmed.

GSSD-4928 Convenience fee is not charging correctly.

Some folks that should have been charged a convenience fee were not. That issue has been corrected and the missed fees have been consumed by Green Security.

GSSD-4954 Background Check is Throwing an Error Even Though it is Approved

In some instances, when we received electronic background check results from our provider, the status of the background check within our system was incorrect, causing an error. This fix addresses that issues. All background checks are processing status updates as expected now.
